Mr. Spradley has over 18 years of experience in the commercial construction industry. During this time frame he has instituted Quality Assurance programs, managed capital expenditure budgets, installations and custom product design development through the fabrication process. He has been a supervisor for account management staff to installation teams; a client liaison between architect, general contractor and project vendors. He has held managerial positions in facilities, sales, marketing, project management and project engineering. He has negotiated and

implemented commercial contracts, procured equipment and services, scheduled delivery of product and services. Prior to joining Advent, he was a Senior Sales Executive for Siemens Building Technologies (a division of Siemens AG). He spent the last two years going through Siemens extensive Fire/Life Safety training courses.

2008 - present Project Engineer, Advent Engineering Services, Inc. Design Management for the NEF campus wide IT infrastructure identification and budget compilation. Formulated and presented IT budget proposal to VP level management and finally to the Cost Control Board (CCB). Manage IT design change requests as approved by the CCB. Fire Safety and Fire Hazard Analysis for plant fire protection. Review Fire Alarm System design documents. Direct interface with State of New Mexico Fire Marshal's office for final review and approval of fire detection design for the NEF project. Interface between Fire Alarm System design agency, site Design Engineering, and constructors.
2006-2008 Acting Project Manager/Senior Sales Executive, Siemens Building Technologies, Inc. Lead liaison with Louisiana Energy Services Fire Protection Engineering Team for the National Enrichment Facility (NEF) project. Interfaced with multiple NEF departments and disciplines. Coordinated and generated specifications for Siemens Fire Detection design. Reviewed and submitted design drawings for OAR process and participated in on-site meetings. Worked directly with site Electrical Contractors and General Contractor.
