David A. Horvath, Philip G. Klintworth, and Rebecca L. Steinman of Advent Engineering Services, Ann Arbor, Michigan have been certified as Energy Managers by the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE).

The AEE certification program was established in January of 1981 to award special recognition to those managers who have demonstrated a high level of competence and ethical fitness for energy management.

The objectives of the AEE certification program are to raise the professional standards and improve the practice of energy management by encouraging managers in a continuing program of professional development; to identify those persons with acceptable knowledge with the principles and practice of energy management related disciplines.

The CEM program is administrated by a seven member Certification Board. To date over 6000 energy managers have been certified. For further information contact:
