their fossil generation plants, including establishment of a baseline boiler

Information Management and Design Process Improvement
- Prepared nine program / topical design basis reconstitution reports in support
of improving the future design process, turnover, training, cost effectiveness
and litigation risk. Topics included power supply stability, fire protection,
environmental operability and aging, internal and external hazards, electrical
design standards, and loss of electric power (WE0001, IE0203, IE0205, IE0206,
CP0001, and WE0004).
- Prepared five system oriented design basis reconstitution reports in support
of improving the future design process, turnover, and training as well as cost
effectiveness and liability. Topics included major cooling water systems, pressure
control system, essential sampling system, service air system, and remote shutdown
system. (DE0001, IE0204, and CP0006).
- Validated (verified) the proper implementation of design requirements compiled
for six systems and programs including a major cooling system, plant shutdown
system, internal and external hazards, environmental operability and aging,

- Performed a failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) on a high pressure
